Contact Policy

I enjoy meeting and communicating with parents and students. In keeping with best practices, respect for privacy, and consideration of the age group that I serve, all communications should be initiated through the school in which I served the student. We can set up a meeting at the school or arrange for other means of communication as well.

It is my policy and practice, not to engage in private, individual, or extracurricular communication with students. I also do not attend personal functions or otherwise meet with students outside of the school environment. I deeply care for the students I serve, however, I have found that maintaining the professional wall has been the best policy.

I believe that clarity, consistency, respect, and clear communication are important in all aspects of life.
